CAA PROJECTS

The CAA has restructured to perform the CAA function better and expedite outcomes.

Operations of the CAA have been organised into the following categories.

PTSD

Prevention and Organisational strategies that can reduce the severity and reduce personnel wastage.

PVISP

Development and management of the PVISP program and develop Community engagement strategies that can dovetail with this program.

DRUGS

Explore and develop new strategies to minimise the prevalence of illicit drugs in the community and ease the burden on Policing with community engagement.

ROADS

Identify issues of Road Safety, education and strategies to have the community take ownership of the problem. Develop and implement the ZOOM-X and other initiatives developed by CAA.

LEGISLATIVE

Examining ways to improve the Emergency Response mechanisms as they impact on the community and making recommendations to achieve greater community harmony and support for Emergency services in a Disaster.
